OUR PATENT REGISTRATION SERVICES

As MESLEK PATENT, our services related to patent registrations are listed below.

Utility Model

We provide the following services related to Utility Model registrations.

1. Preliminary search on novelty before applying for Utility Model,
2. Preparation of description and drawings of Utility Model,
3. Applying for utility model at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office by delivering the utility model descripiton, drawings and proof of payment,
4. Follow up of all official correspondence until the registration and inform the applicant,
5. Monitoring the annual fee payments on behalf of the applicant for 10 years, which is the protection period of the Utility Model.

Industrial Design

We provide the following services for registration of Industrial Designs.

1. Preparation of necessary photographs and/or drawings related to industrial design registration and making them suitable for application,
2. Writing the description of industrial design,
3. Design application by submitting the application form, description and drawings of the design to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office,
4. Follow up of official correspondence after the application and informing the applicants,
5. A renewal reminder is sent to the applicant near the end of the design's protection period.

Trademark Registration

 We provide the following services regarding trademark registration.

1. Preliminary similarity search on the registrability of the trademark before the trademark application is made,
2. Preparation of the trademark application file and filing the application at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office,
3. Follow-up of all official correspondence after the application and notifying the applicant,
4. A renewal reminder is given to the applicant at the end of the 10-year period of protection.

Integrated Circuit

We follow the procedures for preparation of the application file for the protection of Integrated Circuit Topographies and submission to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Geographical Indications

As Meslek Patent, we follow all procedures related to registration of Geographical Indications.

Research and Development Consultancy

We provide services for project preparation for incentives given by TTGV, Tübitak and KOSGEB.
